Well bud, as you can see from the other posts you really need to get into much better shape first before starting a steroid cycle. Sarms would be a great route for you and they are perfct for Recomp. You can add a good amount of muscle and drop bodyfat with the right stack.

was watching your video.. said something about trt being a pct?? also ok what do you think would be best for gaining muscle and cutting fat. prob is I seen one stack like $1600. my $ isnt built like that.. i can buy 4 weeks at a time but not all at once now. i was trying to read up on some of them lgd. etc. also i know my schedule will be different a bit i work 3rd shift and work out mid day.

i have no clue what you are talking about... trt being a pct? that makes no sense... when you are on trt you do not require a pct... you can buy it anyway you like in terms of the sarms cycle... are you asking whether you can run sarms with trt? please specify bro

Are you on TRT? TRT and pct are too entirely different things
 
maybe I misheard what you said on the video kids were in the background. and ok. lol. let's just start from scratch with trt what 2 do you think would be most beneficial for adding muscle and burning fat

thats okay bro... there's a lot of info being posted so you just have to slow down and read it all... gw and s4 bottles last 30 days each...
 
ok thx. will do.. I'll keep you all posted on results. any other advice.. for diet like I said I'm doing like a 40-40-20. it's easy to keep track.of. what do you think about calories. I'm doing like 22-2500 is that okay or what. it's hard as he'll to get that in eating clean. like 225- 250 g pro. and carbs . and not alot of fat. I got the gym about 4-5 d's a week. normally lift heavy for about 1hr-hr and a half and maybe like 20 mins cardio after.
 
20 minutes of cardio should be bumped up IMO if you want to lose fat.

It's not hard as he'll to eat clean. No way. Post a typical day's diet.
 
I def agree and already know on the cardio. lol. smh. and as for diet might be something like this. (I work overnight)
#1- 8 oz of turkey chop , cup of baked kale, 1/2cup black beans. (1:30-2am)

#2- (snack) around 3:30am apple and maybe fiber one bar (if I can if not the 6amish)

#3- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats with dried fruit and brown sugar (this normally 6am if not then when I wake up)

#4- 4-6 egg whites maybe one whole egg.scrambled with shredded sweet patatoe and ground turkey about 4oz.
#5- muscletech isoweigh protein 2 scoops I. water or almond milk

#6- either 4-8oz turkey chop or baked chicken and some type of green either kale or broccoli
maybe sweet patatoe all depends on if made

#7- might repeat one of the turkey chops meals depends on time before I go to work. but normally try to eat something. that normally gets me close to 22-2500 calories. I also might eat another apple or something.

thoughts. and this would be my 40/40/20.
