5'9. about 225 18-20%bf. mainly looking for a recomp. add muscle still lose fat. keep strength. keep libido high of course. beast in gym and in bed lol.. currently I'm benching 315 5 x's. can't really squat heavy hern disk.
Well bud, as you can see from the other posts you really need to get into much better shape first before starting a steroid cycle. Sarms would be a great route for you and they are perfct for Recomp. You can add a good amount of muscle and drop bodyfat with the right stack.
