simple, you eat the required daily amounts but add a little more potassium and slightly drop your sodium... nothing drastic... you MUST get in the right amount of potassium, which most people lack in a major way... the more sodium you consume, the more potassium your body requires...
Potassium = 4700 mg per day
Sodium = NO MORE than 2300 mg per day but you should keep it lower than that....
