Just orders 3 months of S4 and GW last cylce was LGD and GW and it went great, strength was good and no matter what I could not gain any bad weight. I'm 5'9 180 and I was able to deadlift my max 405 and rack pull of 415 bench was 225 for 5 squat 315 for 2 really big jumps in these. I didn't really notice how strong I got until after I got off cylce. Let me know what yu guys think about S4 and GW I'm going for leaning out and putting size good calories with cardio fasted and mid day cardio!
