I really don't understand how you still have a broken leg after 3 years. That doesn't make sense, man lol. Please elaborate.

yeah, im confused on that one as well... although i broke vertebrae in my back in 2003 and they are still broke but a far different scenario than a leg... that's quite strange... there has to be another underlying issue there

pretty much daily bro... i have a disk problem since i was 18 and it causes me back to slip out of place a lot and it hits my sciatic nerve, etc. which you know is extremely painful but i have learned to deal with it better... i get weekly massages and this helps a lot... manipulation of the back is required because a chiropractor only worsens the condition... its painful, yes, but im just thankful i can still do everything i do... i can't do squats or deadlifts but the amounts of cardio i do truly offset the leg exercises i cannot do... im still very lucky so i try not to complain but it does hurt often bro

I hear ya, my squats are very limited to a tragic dirtbike accident. Tore my LCL,MCL,I have a cadaver PCL, fractured tibia and patella. Nerve damage and torn meniscus. I'm just glad I can walk.

Oh yeah, the spine is quite different. My brother has a C7 that never fully healed. That's got to be brutal, Dylan!

body fat is indeed a huge deal when it comes to cycling... when you are at a higher body, regardless of "how healthy" you THINK you are, your at a higher risk for many issues... think of a FAR higher rate of estrogen conversion... this is a big issue.. then you factor in the likelihood of having far worse reactions to toxic orals, especially with blood pressure, cholesterol and lipid profiles... the last thing you want with a higher body fat is to have these become any more issue than they likely already are... it needs to come down first brother and if you already lost 15kg on one stack then you can easily do it again... there's plenty of room there to lose a lot more body fat and you absolutely can do it... if you have injuries, then including other healing sarms is a wise move as well... here's a more conducive sarms stack for you to get you in the proper condition for the cycle you want to run...

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Please follow this sarms stack and advice that Dylan has gave you before starting a cycle. It's imperative to get you into the proper condition, and you will be able to get more out of your cycle safer and healthier by doing so

I know the feeling. I've broken my back, pelvis in half, sacrum, many ribs, wrist, shoulder. Every single fracture I split the bone in half. Except some of the ribs. 3 were split in half and 3 were half way split. Some days my body hurts and my stomach can't handle anti inflammatory meds. I now get 2 different injectable anti inflammatory meds when I travel. It changed my life. Diclofinaco for mild pain and Meloxicam for the rough days. That one last 24 hours with one IM injection. Non narcotic. You can't get it in the US but I'm out of the country every month th so I stay stocked up. Look into it if you don't want pain and don't want to pop pills.

Fat shouldn't be a starting point for anything IMO, has no bearing if you are in shape or not. 20% is considered a healthy BF for males. let me ask you this are you in shape that is a yes or no answer. Can you run a 5k race do you get winded easy is your blood pressure and other markers on point, can you hang in physical endeavors. I have been at around 20% and completed the Ranger challenge on a top 20 team. I'm sure about 1% of this board couldn't hang the first hour.

And No I am not trying to pick a fight, I just believe that BF% is used way to much in justifying physical ability and health. Being from a line of work that is very physically demanding and seperates the men from the boys, I have seen several of the big fat boys by bodybuilding standards, blow away there slimmer more asthetic peers. And no I am not a fat boy.
