I want to thank HIPOCAMPUS for their products.I want to start a new cycle,i have the following products:SUSTANON 250,WINSTROL,TBOL,PROVIRON and protection (pct) CYCLE SUPPORT(iron labs ),NOLVADEX,CARDARINE(gw),LIVE 52 and vitamins.you can help me build a cycle with these products.I am still beginner ,i did a cycle with SARMS.I have 39 years ,87 kg and 20% fat.thanks for this great forum.
 
Welcome to the board

A few thing s that you need to know; A) No one is going to spoon feed you a cycle B) you're not in any kind of shape to use anabolics. 191 pounds with 20% body fat is not a starting point for using juice.
 
i think you can use some of these to get you started like the sarms and sust, are you using the sust as your test base? how was your first cycle of sarms? what were your gains or losses?
 
You really need to cut that bodyfat down quite a bit more before starting a cycle, and when you do you need to stick to a test only cycle and maybe throw some sarms in
 
Fat shouldn't be a starting point for anything IMO, has no bearing if you are in shape or not. 20% is considered a healthy BF for males. let me ask you this are you in shape that is a yes or no answer. Can you run a 5k race do you get winded easy is your blood pressure and other markers on point, can you hang in physical endeavors. I have been at around 20% and completed the Ranger challenge on a top 20 team. I'm sure about 1% of this board couldn't hang the first hour.

And No I am not trying to pick a fight, I just believe that BF% is used way to much in justifying physical ability and health. Being from a line of work that is very physically demanding and seperates the men from the boys, I have seen several of the big fat boys by bodybuilding standards, blow away there slimmer more asthetic peers. And no I am not a fat boy.

I train five times a week. I can not do cardio or run because I had a car accident and I have a broken leg. :(

Then wait IMO, having decent cardio health is a much more important marker then BF% IMO

how long will you not be able to do cardio? how do you train now with a broken leg?
 
the main reason for gw is for cardio endurance vo2 max if you are not doing cardio why take it until you can do atleast some form of cardio. can you do water activities or are you in a cast?
 
wtf how is it still broken after 3 years? wow, can you not do elliptical for cardio since there is low impact? in this case i would stack the gw with sr9009 so you are going to burn fat with that stack a lot more than just one or the other
 
At your BF the winny may be a waste. I think the test is fine and the tbol is probably also. I have no experience with tbol but it is said to add lean mass. That's beneficial to bulking or cutting cycles. I don't think that you BF% really matters. Hell man, who knows maybe you want to compete in the strongest man in the world competition and being lean is not on your agenda. Steroids definitely have a place there. Just know that running winny now will be a waste of good gear.

body fat is indeed a huge deal when it comes to cycling... when you are at a higher body, regardless of "how healthy" you THINK you are, your at a higher risk for many issues... think of a FAR higher rate of estrogen conversion... this is a big issue.. then you factor in the likelihood of having far worse reactions to toxic orals, especially with blood pressure, cholesterol and lipid profiles... the last thing you want with a higher body fat is to have these become any more issue than they likely already are... it needs to come down first brother and if you already lost 15kg on one stack then you can easily do it again... there's plenty of room there to lose a lot more body fat and you absolutely can do it... if you have injuries, then including other healing sarms is a wise move as well... here's a more conducive sarms stack for you to get you in the proper condition for the cycle you want to run...

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa
