I need your guidance bro, I'm 26 I'm working as a flight attendant and I'm squeezing gym sessions as much as I can coz it's really busy schedule and u r all over the world and time zones, diet is not that great, been lifting for 6 years all natty never taken anything, made some amazing gains naturally but I got to that point where there's no more gains unless on gear sitting at 90kgs 20% body fat more or less.
I was introduced to a cycle by some broscience of deca+sustenon as first cycle, but after watching your videos it really opened up my eyes, so now I'm thinking of running test only as you recommend but I would like to know what are the sides as I'm married and I don't want my wife to know and I don't want to be that obvious especially in bed, and the dosages.
