Need help with calories

Right a big change has happened at work, now I'm working a much more physical job. Working 6 days a week atm, lifting heavy shit for a good 7-10 hours. I'm wondering how i should adjust my calories, because i already know I'm burning alot of calories but I'm not quite sure atm.

Calories atm 3000-3500kcals cutting before job started.

You are just going to have to adjust by adding in a certain a,ount of calories and seeing how that treats you. I would start by adding in and extra 500 per day and assess from there
