can't do it haha. i made a deal with myself if i go over 2050 calories this whole cut im doing 3 hours 30 minutes cardio the next day , and hell na am i doing that just for 10 minutes of pleasing eat it lol

Cook, ration, Tupperware, Igloo cooler. I never leave the house without @ least 3 meals prepped & ready.
 
I'm one of the biggest advocates of IIFYM you will find, so I have no problem with this at all, except for the fact that I just don't like McDonald's.

However, when I cut I manage to fit in things like pizza, burgers, fries, etc a couple times a week and still get to 6-7% bodyfat, so if you know what you're doing and count everything it can be done. I'm a firm believer in enjoying your life and not having to eat the same boring food day in and day out for every meal.

The only time I go 100% "clean" is contest prep

I have to agree with Rick here about IIFYM I use it with intermittent fasting while cutting but the Artisan Chicken Is not bad..
 
I'll be having mcdonald's today post workout since it's next to my gym and have to get something fast since i have to be somewhere and i found a combination i can do that actually has really good macros

1x Artisan grilled chicken sandwich no dressing
1x artisan grilled chicken sandwich no bun no dressing

i put the 2nd patty on the first one with the bun and it's like a double grilled chicken sandwich

Macros:

495 Calories
66g protein!
6.5g fat
46g carbs

Those of you that need something quick and don't have a meal ready, cheating isn't the option, there are many alternatives you can do to make your meal healthy at any given restaurant , cutting meals should be planned the day ahead.

Thanks bro.... I'm in field service and run into this problem all the time.. get stuck somewhere with no food.... Thats a good tip!!
 
I take cheat days every other Monday. I set 2 days a month aside so I can eat like a fat fuck and not feel bad or excuse my behavior. It still doesn't stop me from having a hardcore cardio session the next day but I can't help it. I don't get fast food on those days. Usually like a big huge ass steak and 2 Fatass bowls of cereal.
 
It's actually one of the most macro friendly sandwiches you can get from a fast food joint. Probably not the highest quality, but all things in moderation.
