mcdonald's while cutting?

I'll be having mcdonald's today post workout since it's next to my gym and have to get something fast since i have to be somewhere and i found a combination i can do that actually has really good macros

1x Artisan grilled chicken sandwich no dressing
1x artisan grilled chicken sandwich no bun no dressing

i put the 2nd patty on the first one with the bun and it's like a double grilled chicken sandwich

Macros:

495 Calories
66g protein!
6.5g fat
46g carbs

Those of you that need something quick and don't have a meal ready, cheating isn't the option, there are many alternatives you can do to make your meal healthy at any given restaurant , cutting meals should be planned the day ahead.

1510mg for both combined . sodium isn't a big deal unless your already unhealthy with high bp , contest prep, or sensitive to water retention .
sodium helps your muscles contract aswell

For me it matters as a women sodium intake is a huge thing. But for those who are in a pinch not too bad, lol

That's interesting, I haven't had McDonald's since the last time I was severely drunk like 2 years ago. Don't really drink on cycle cuz I like to run winny in most of them, but I even when I'm not cycling and drink I have pretty good self control when it comes to eating. Instead of eating that nasty shit everyone eats I just make egg whites and turkey burgers lol.
 
Looks good on paper but man I can't even call that food. My body doesn't digest this stuff the same as actual real food. It's like eating a piece of wax fruit!

I've been cutting for almost 3 months now, On or about Oct 30-31st I am eating two sausage mcmuffins with eggs and a hash brown!! hahaha a pepperoni pizza and what ever else I can fit in, may be a half gallon of chocolate ice cream. Then off to clean bulking :)
 
I'm one of the biggest advocates of IIFYM you will find, so I have no problem with this at all, except for the fact that I just don't like McDonald's.

However, when I cut I manage to fit in things like pizza, burgers, fries, etc a couple times a week and still get to 6-7% bodyfat, so if you know what you're doing and count everything it can be done. I'm a firm believer in enjoying your life and not having to eat the same boring food day in and day out for every meal.

The only time I go 100% "clean" is contest prep

your my boy brother, so i HAVE to take it easy on you but for fucks sake, making an excuse for the sodium... thats almost all you should take in for a day bro.. thats way past excessive... you know better than that !

my dad made me get a job when i was 14 and could legally work although i did work on the golf course when i was 11, technically this would be my second job, but it was either the grocery store or mcdonalds as the choices are quite limited and of course i got hired at fucking mcdonalds, which didnt last long but i used to crack up at this... back then you could supersize meals so often i would this order.. "a number 1, super sized, extra grease, extra salt etc... and a fucking diet coke" LOLLL i mean fuck, go for the gold and get the regular one! LOLLLL
