Looking for advice on first SARMS cycle

Hola amigos. New here as well. Looking to start SARMs slooooow. Long time user of natural supplements...and naturally frustrated with the results. No interest in AAS. Would love advice on the right stack (or not stacked) to get started. Some stats first...

Lift ~5 days/wk with nominal (20min sprint interval) cardio warm-up. Been hitting the gym since I was about 18. Very clean eating and watch my macro's. I'm in shape, but not big by any stretch.

Was thinking of rad-140 for some gains but like the idea of s-4 for lean gains (i'm doing some calorie restriction right now for a HI trip soon).

Suggestions?

i have the perfect cycle for you...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

  • Should the GW/S4 be taken with food? Does it matter?

  • In your article on S4 you suggest starting at 50mg (consistent with above) but titering up to 100 depending on tolerance/results. Same here?

Quick question, should I still dose gw on down days?
