Lgd4033 time off

Hi just wanting to know what the time between cycle is. Just finished 8 weeks lgd4033 and just finished 4 weeks pct. Does the rule time on = time off apply or is it just a couple of weeks or even straight away. Have read some mixed answers on this

After sarms you only need to take about 4 weeks off after pct and you can start another sarms cycle.

For future reference, run sarms a full 12 weeks to reap all of the benefits from them.
