Hey Dylan,

Just started supplementing with iron to help produce more RBCs. My supplement has 26mg. I've seen that 45mg is like the max dosage. I am not iron deficient but I am trying it out to help with my cardio for MMA, my question is below!

Do to people saying too much iron is dangerous and 45mg is the max dose and my supplement has 26mg and including my iron from food intake. Would you say taking the iron every other day would be better?

Thanks!
Have a great new year!

you have to be very very careful with iron because it can harm you in a very strong way if you over do it... you shouldnt even be supplementing extra like that if you are not deficient bro... thats not what you want for cardio anyway... i would not be using it at all... gw501516 is the best compound you could take to help your endurance...

I'm with Dylan on this, and I would not recommend supplementing with iron unless you were anemic or had a deficiency. This is not the right route to go about things. There are a lot of risks involved here with taking in too much iron supplementation, and also raising your RBC too high carries its own risks to your health and cardiovascular system
