I was thinking of running this in an upcoming cycle in the future and wanted to solicit your thoughts on the possible realistic outcomes. My desired outcome is to gain sustainable mass and not too much BF. My diet plan is to supplement with Whey/Casein mornings and before bed (weight gainer) and Aminos during/post WO along with 4 definite meals. My schedule is usually pretty hectic and I can't guarantee 6-8 meals like I'd like to do.
Here are my current stats: (I'm not too big into taping myself so some #'s are old)
Age: 44
HT: 69"
WT: 246 as of a week ago
BF: 14-16% (Just had my quarterly binge of a bag of chips-a-hoys)
Neck measurement: 19.5" as of two months ago
Waist: 36 current
Arms: last measured 1/2013 @ 21.5" unsure now, but bigger. Weighed about 205 then.
Quads: definitely bigger, can't fit my old jeans from 2013. Waistline wont pass my lower quads.
Chest: Had to try a 52" coat @ the tailors just to get one on.
* I know some of this info is irrelevant and old, but trying to provide a visual so you guys can better tell me what to expect gain-wise. I'm not really into measurements.
ON Cycle: Caber: 2mg weekly
Letro: 1mg weekly
PCT: Clomid: 50mg ED x 30 days 2 weeks after last pin
HCG: 5000 IU (275 IU 3x/week) at last pin of cycle
Cycle: Test E: 600mg weekly for duration
Tren A: 400Mg weekly (start w/200, 300, then stay at 400) weeks 2-10 *first time running Tren
Anavar: 50mg ED weeks 3-11
or
Halo: 75mg ED
*Usually I run Winny as the oral, but want a "stronger" complimentary oral. Not concerned with night sweats or feeling hot, back pumps and such.
My questions:
1. Run the Anavar, or the Halodrol for more pronounced gains? Would like to lose some BF and know the Halo is kinda counter-productive for that look, but I do prefer gains I can mostly keep over aesthetics. However it would be nice to get down to 10% BF, or 9% to kill the ladies with those mid workout sweat wipes of the tee shirt lol.
2. Have run up to 800mg of Test before, should I up the 600, or does that suit the rest of the cycle? Or should I run 1000? If so, bump the Tren to what?
3. Is this a good combo of complementary gear to achieve say 15-20 pounds of maintainable muscle? Ideally, on cycle I'd like to weigh in around 270 as long as it's not too much on my heart. Once walking upstairs in my house causes me to lose my breath I know I weigh too much lol.
4. The true goal is to get as big as possible and not keel over and die from light cardio... so what can I expect if I ran this starting where I'm at?
5. Estimated gains weight-wise on cycle?
6. Estimated post cycle weight kept?
