Ideas about Tren/Test/Anavar or Halo cycle...

I was thinking of running this in an upcoming cycle in the future and wanted to solicit your thoughts on the possible realistic outcomes. My desired outcome is to gain sustainable mass and not too much BF. My diet plan is to supplement with Whey/Casein mornings and before bed (weight gainer) and Aminos during/post WO along with 4 definite meals. My schedule is usually pretty hectic and I can't guarantee 6-8 meals like I'd like to do.

Here are my current stats: (I'm not too big into taping myself so some #'s are old)
Age: 44
HT: 69"
WT: 246 as of a week ago
BF: 14-16% (Just had my quarterly binge of a bag of chips-a-hoys)
Neck measurement: 19.5" as of two months ago
Waist: 36 current
Arms: last measured 1/2013 @ 21.5" unsure now, but bigger. Weighed about 205 then.
Quads: definitely bigger, can't fit my old jeans from 2013. Waistline wont pass my lower quads.
Chest: Had to try a 52" coat @ the tailors just to get one on.
* I know some of this info is irrelevant and old, but trying to provide a visual so you guys can better tell me what to expect gain-wise. I'm not really into measurements.


ON Cycle: Caber: 2mg weekly
Letro: 1mg weekly
PCT: Clomid: 50mg ED x 30 days 2 weeks after last pin
HCG: 5000 IU (275 IU 3x/week) at last pin of cycle

Cycle: Test E: 600mg weekly for duration
Tren A: 400Mg weekly (start w/200, 300, then stay at 400) weeks 2-10 *first time running Tren
Anavar: 50mg ED weeks 3-11
or
Halo: 75mg ED
*Usually I run Winny as the oral, but want a "stronger" complimentary oral. Not concerned with night sweats or feeling hot, back pumps and such.

My questions:
1. Run the Anavar, or the Halodrol for more pronounced gains? Would like to lose some BF and know the Halo is kinda counter-productive for that look, but I do prefer gains I can mostly keep over aesthetics. However it would be nice to get down to 10% BF, or 9% to kill the ladies with those mid workout sweat wipes of the tee shirt lol.

2. Have run up to 800mg of Test before, should I up the 600, or does that suit the rest of the cycle? Or should I run 1000? If so, bump the Tren to what?

3. Is this a good combo of complementary gear to achieve say 15-20 pounds of maintainable muscle? Ideally, on cycle I'd like to weigh in around 270 as long as it's not too much on my heart. Once walking upstairs in my house causes me to lose my breath I know I weigh too much lol.

4. The true goal is to get as big as possible and not keel over and die from light cardio... so what can I expect if I ran this starting where I'm at?

5. Estimated gains weight-wise on cycle?

6. Estimated post cycle weight kept?
 
Umm, if I'm reading this right… And I think I am, you want to run Halo at 75mg a day for 8 weeks?? You'll be dead by the fifth week dude

There are many things wrong here brother. You are 5'6" and 246....my guess is 16-18% BF. Not good to do a cycle on. Plus you want to run a big time pro card cycle which I cannot understand why. Var is crap and halo is for pros, and you do not need 600mg test. What will happen is that this cycle will produce lots of estrogen that will happily store itself in your fat cells and you will be fighting a bear with your aromasin.

Back off a bit and consider 250mg test and a sarms cutting stack.

LMAO! I was thinking same thing!
Start with 10mg/day and plan on running it for 2-3 weeks tops.
Pretty sure you never go over 30mg/day.
 
Tren and halo together is an awful idea and your doses are super fucked up high. I agree with Jake here. And if you run halo at anything CLOSE to 75mg you will likely be hospitalized. I suggest doing quite w but more research before you do anything at all, much less this cycle. Test and SARMS is really the best idea for you right now

Your advice is well taken and appreciated so how about an example cycle WITH the Tren because I am bent on trying it. Now I've read plenty of mixed reviews on Anavar and the more no's I hear will convince me to try another or eliminate an oral, or just go back to the Winny. I'm here to absorb whatever knowledge I can from the guys with size, versus the guys who weigh in at 160 on a bulk. Your profile pic says your doing it right, so please educate me further. Just please keep in mind that the proposed stack is for my desire to get bigger than I am (5' 9" at 246) looking to get to a svelte 260 ideally. And yes, I've got a few cycles under my belt, but will never be a Jedi without the advice of those who know how it's done for the long haul.

You're not really getting the point brother. You don't need tren just to get bigger. And at your BF% you should be trying to lean out and drop weight while building or maintaining your mass. You ought to be shooting for 220-230lbs, not 260. At your BMI these steroids or any steroids are hazardous to your health unless it's maybe low doses of testosterone with SARMS. Any oral is a bad idea for you and tren is also a bad idea. Something like 350mg test and a sarm stack would be my recommendation if anything

My suggestion:
175mg test 2x a week
GW501516 20mg 1x a day
SR9009 20mg divided into 5-6 doses
S4 25mg 2x a day
Mk677 25mg once a day
Aromasin 12.5mg eod

Are you on trt or doing a pct?

Ok on the height issue, I divided 69 inches by 12 in my head. Using a calculator it comes to 5'7" . Ok, so in my avatar pic I am 6'2" and 209lb. So my point is that your bf is too high to be on any aas. You should not be hell bent on tren because it is harsh and is not exactly a mass builder. Halo is very harsh and anavar does nothing. So if you are bent on going 600 test and you want to bulk I would looking for you to do this safely, not with a combo of tren and halo. If I was going to bulk and desperately wanted to get some size I would go with 500-600 test, 400-500 deca and 40mg dbol. Run the test and deca for 14 weeks, and the dbol for the first 5-6. This is a tried and proved bulk cycle.I hope that you take your present health and future health into consideration here.

And really and truely bro...before I did any cycle of aas I would do a sarms stack and try to come down in weight.
 
In you post you said halodrol are you talking about the crappy prohormone or halostatin the very strong super toxic or steroid . halodrol 75 mg daily is fine halostatin 75mg daily is insane please clarify
 
Oh and more pronounced gains and anavar dont go in the same sentence weakest steroid available very good for chicks

Understandably you're recommending I come down in weight for BP reasons I assume. I'll give it thought as I'm more into this for the strength/size, however a cut might do me some good. I'll look into acquiring the SARMS for my next run. For now, I'll follow your advice on the test/deca/d-bol and see what that nets me. I actually thought for my age that my BF was pretty good considering most guys my age are sitting on 24% according to studies. Although they do not weigh what I do most likely.
As for the math bro lol... 69/12= 5.75, the .75 is equivalent to 3/4 of a foot which is 9". I can see how you mistook that though. Might I inquire as to your measurements as far as waist. arms, chest? For 6'2" you look quite impressive in the pic, have a healthy BMI, but in terms of sheer mass (granted you are a big guy) isn't that about what you should weigh normally? For sheer mass, comparatively, how do you stack up to people your height/weight? I kinda enjoy being disproportionately large for my height and as said earlier for my age I thought my BF wasn't too shabby... you're giving me nightmares just thinking about the cardio/dieting I'd have to do just to get to say 7%.

Halodrol was a error on my part, I kept thinking of the name of that old GASP product for some reason. The Halo/Anavar are out the window now anyways.

I am glad that you meant halodrol, becuase we usually use "halo" for that big bad boy oral. But still the test/deca/dbol cycle cannot be beat. For myself I do not know my measurements except that my waist is 32.5 inches and my BF is 7.5%. In clothes I appear to be thin but with wide shoulders. With no shirt on I appear to be huge. I think that being very lean creates that illusion. My doc does not bother with my bmi because I have no body fat.

Maybe this will put things in perspective for you. One of the biggest lean heavyweights ever was George Foreman. He was 6'3" and 220 in his prime against Ali. Ali was 6'3" and 216lbs. So yes I am a bit bigger than a person my height with a normal bmi including fat. My arms are bigger yet my waist is smaller.I guess all I can say is the picture pretty much is how I look.

Well thanks for the stack recommendation... I will give it a whirl. As for your look, yeah the pic is jacked AF and I kinda figured that shirted you looked fit as hell versus huge by your dimensions. Either way, you're obviously on top of your stuff. I'm gonna consult a powerlifter I know as well about the recommended stack, your dosages and such. I think that your guidelines will lead to a safe, slow and steady gain versus a smack you in the face type of growth, but I will give it a try. Where do you think I'll be weight gain -wise and appearance wise knowing my HT/WT proportions after the cycle?

Maybe my son is being humble, but yes he stands out bigtime in a crowd even when dressed. Both men and women stop and do a double take. If he wears a Tee shirt he looks like an animal. But let me remind you. Jake never misses a workout and his workouts are intense as hell. His diet is managed down to +- 10 calories. It takes discipline not so much gear. Your test/deca/dbol cycle is the only safe and sound way to do this. You will be amazed by week 4. I cannot say how much you will gain but in 4 weeks you will know. We all respond differently so I would be just guessing and would hate to let you down by giving you a bad guess.

I'd drop the dbol and opt for TBOL in this circumstance. Less water retention and estro related sides and still get some nice lean gains that you can keep with a low test base
