I have not but I will be honest the main thing I don?t know a whole lot about is the diet. So I am willing to try something that will help me get the most out of this cycle.

diet is subjective because everyone is different but ive had over a decade of success with so many of my clients with macro breakdowns like that.. .it also depends on your goals etc... but I think that is definitely worth a shot on this cycle bro
 
I recommend two things. Both for the same reason.
1. Some way to track your macros.
2.scales to weight food grams and oz.
Not expensive.

I use under armor MyFitnessPal. Free app.
change your macros to what you want and track everything you eat. Super easy.

Weigh your portions.

With both of these you might find you get more food or your are eating more than you think.

Hey Slyder I currently do weigh/track everything I eat also by using the app you are speaking of. My issue is my maintenance calories is 2700 calories and I?m not 100% sure on how to break down by food the 50 30 20 Dylan is taking about. So if protein is 50 % does that mean you need to get 1350 calories/day from protein. If so how do you manage this with lean protein not being very calorie dense?
 
I agree with Dillans numbers.
With those you will be able to add lean muscle while shredding up.
You will be surprised how you can recomp with proper diet and work out. And not have to starve.
My maintenance is usually 2500 - 3000 calories. Currently eating 4000 and still have abs.

I will change diet and drop excess quickly.

Remember when trying to hit macros don?t eat junk to get there. With good quality food you get more food and it will work better for you.
 
Go to the bottom of the app click more, then goals, then calories, fat, carb, protein goals.

Go to daily diary .It will show you how much of each you get. Enter your food.
Turn phone sideways landscape.
Scroll to the bottom.
It will tell you your goals, how much you ate, and if you are over or if you have some left to eat

Forgot you need to set the amount of calories you want to consume total.

Example total cal 2200.

So yesterday was an off day for me so I spoke with Dylan and a Slyder about my diet. With the recommendation from these guys I have switched to 50 30 20 starting yesterday at 2700 calories/day. I ended the day at 243 carbs 58 grams fat and 335 grams protein which was extremely close to all of my goals for the day. I pinned the tren this morning before the gym and it was my push day. I am definitely noticing a difference in the gym the weights aren?t as heavy as they use to be. On flat bench I?m normally good at 225 for 13-14 and repped it for 20 today so things are moving in the right direction. As for sides the sweats are staying about the same but I do notice a difference of sweating more and can also tell I was getting winded for a longer period of time after a lift, hoping the gw off sets this before long. Also I can tell I am becoming more vascular and starting to see some striations in my shoulders. Below are some pictures after my work out this morning. Thanks for reading everyone. Also the acne is from a past cycle about 5 months ago that I have been fighting for a while now. Hate that stuff.

Thanks everybody for the kind words. Im got got post my blood work that I had completed last Thursday it was just time for my annual check up so nothing excited. Other than my blood pressure is slight elevated along with my liver values. Will have bloods completed here in about 3-4 months and post again. Thanks again everyone.
