Help On First Proper Cycle (Cutting) - 18 year old

Thinking about running a 16 week test E, equipoise, & tbol cycle I need help for dosages with both my on cycle chemicals/compounds and my on cycle AI along with my post cycle (gyno pron due to genetics) to prevent any gyno development on cycle or post cycle. I'm 18, 6'6" 240lbs, diet is on point along with my workout routine/training. Thank you, any advice would be appreciated.

the only advice i have it DO NOT DO IT... Im certainly not contributing to you wrecking your life, which you are certainly going to do using steroids at your age... you are in way over your head and you are also doing everything wrong...

The problems with individuals that had not yet attained full physio-sexual development, is that that anabolic compounds are acting on locations within the central nervous system that are still under development. That is, that many receptors that are activated by Testosterone are STILL performing developmental functions, and you are stimulating them before they had the chance to fully create a working framework of hormonal balance that would sustain you for the rest of your adult life.

you have no business using ANYTHING... protein and creatine right now, thats all you should be doing...
 
Post up the details of your workout routine and diet. You will want to focus on these 2 things for the next 10 years or so to prepare for your first cycle.
 
Yes, I was 16 years old and I was taking 600mg of Test C, 600mg of Test E, and 800mg of Tren Ace a week. With Dbol for the first 3 weeks of my 8 week cycle. All real, high quality gear. But like the STUPID kid I was i took it with no on cycle AI's or post cycle therapy which led to me getting pretty messed up.
 
You're stupid for taking it period. listen to the above advice closely or you will permanently damage your body.

My advice.... take a step back, do not touch aas at all, get bloodwork done, hope that you didn't do any permanant damage, and focus on the basics of training and nutrition...
 
6:30AM: Fasted cardio burning at least 300 calories
7:30AM: 1st meal, 4-5 egg whites with 1 tbsp of Sriracha, 1 serving of plain oatmeal.
10:30AM: 2nd meal, Oikos triple zero yogurt with a couple almonds and some pumpkin flax seed granola
1:00PM: 3rd meal, 6oz+ of tilapia or chicken breast with a filler of either green beans, brusselsprouts, or spinach, and 1/4th cup of brown rice/1 serving.
3:00PM-4:00PM: Gym, I've been doing drop sets, 3 sets, 15 reps, up the weight, 12-14 reps, up the weight, 10-12 reps, up the weight, etc... I'm doing this for 2 more weeks then I will be focusing on more strength training routines (heavier lifting with more compound movements)
4:30PM: 4th meal, 1 Scoop whey gold standard protein, 1/2-1 scoop of rich pianas "real food" only if I'm feeling a little low on energy, 1 scoop of creatine
6:00-6:45PM: Agility training or basketball
7:30PM: Same as lunch, only difference is less rice.
9:00PM: Bed
3 cheat meals a month
I use no added salt in any of my cooking, and my cheat meals consist of me adding blueberries and bananas to my oatmeal and salsa to my egg whites, or a little teriyaki sauce with my fish. I'll trade my brown rice with black beans if I'm not feeling the rice. Little stuff to my diet here and there but nothing drastic.
 
What do your calories and macros come out too? The protein seems incredibly low, actually the total volume of food seems very low for all the activity you're doing. Sounds like you train 3 times a day and only eat 5 very small meals.
 
I've had a lot of people if not everybody tell me my calorie deficit/food intake is way too low for this cut at my size but I lose fat ridiculously fast. Full day of eating puts my calories at around 1,300-1,400.
Proteins: 140g
Carbs: 99g
Fats: 31g
Full of energy all day up until I go to the gym, I can really feel it while lifting and after, I burn out fast and the crash after my workout is absolute trash.
 
Ya thats insanely low food intake for someone your weight. I know 130lb women who cut at higher calories than that. If you want to cut and keep some respectable size, you need to increase those calories quite a bit. Don't rush the process trying to lose fat too fast. You're only sacrificing muscle and thats no good man.
 
What would you suggest my macros and calorie intake to be at for my size training twice a day 5 times a week?
 
And no this isn't a joke, I was 15/16 years old at a division 1 high school playing football looking to do nothing but go pro. 9/10 kids that were committed to a D1 university on my team were all on something or had already taken something to put their level of play at the collegiate level. Whether it was a pro hormone, steroid, or growth hormone, or all 3, we were taking them disregarding long term sides. Prime time on cycle I had Boise state, BYU, Michigan State, UCLA, University of Oregon, and Oregon State all coming to meet with me, watch me lift in the weight room and practice on the field as a freshman, I was 6'4" 349lbs running a 5.4 40 yard with beautiful maxes. Took one of the biggest L's of my life post cycle, developed gyno, started balding, and it royally fucked with my head emotionally. Not until recently have I bounced back from that fat L. I went to the endocrinologist and got blood work done. My levels have been normal for a solid year and a half now, and thankfully my balls didn't disappear. I've now graduated from high school early and I will be continuing my sports career at a community college to become eligible for D1 again, or maybe even the PAC pro league that might be coming up in 2018. Sorry for the big headache to you seasoned AAS users. I can imagine how stupid and annoying this is. All I'm looking for is help, any advice would be appreciated. I know I was stupid, I know this is stupid, trust me, im stuck with this weight on my chest to remind me.

You ran TWO GRAMS of oil? For 8 weeks?

Messed up is an understatement. I can't imagine how you have not done irreversible damage.

You better get a blood test immediately.

So all your football Bros did some kind of aas? You felt you should too right? If someone says we're all jumping into a raging river will you? You got to remember the rest of your life is a very long time. Only 3% of all college athletes go pro. Think about that for a sec. That's a hell of a risk for "a chance " just food for thought. We'd love to hear you say, "wow I messed up big time! " "what do I do to straighten myself out? " I hope you don't further damage yourself.

You're not being a headache, what's done is done.

A lot of responses are in a way designed to prevent the next kid from making this same mistake.
 
I was in your shoes between 16 and 20. Had scouts at all my hockey games. I was told at 16 by a coach that I made his junior A team but don't bother coming back after summer break in I didn't gain 20lbs. He gave me the team Dr's number and I went to see him. He put me on a diet and workout routine that included test English. I took it one because I thought It was OK because he was a Dr and two because what it ment to make that team for going pro. The dose was 1cc or 3 weeks 2cc for 3 weeks, 3cc for 3 weeks, then back to 2cc and then 1cc for 3 weeks. I was not given or told about pct or told to take anything for estrogen. Didn't think about the issues it could cause. I cant say for sure it cause my issues but there is a good chance it did. At 19 I found a lump on my testicular and had to have surgery to test it for cancer and when they put you to sleep you have no idea if you will have 1 or 2 testicle when you wake up. Worst thing I had went through in my life at the time. I was lucky and it was not cancer but still had to go through the extreme pain of having a piece of my testicle cut off. The other issue I have now is at 30 yo I have to take testosterone for the rest of my life because my body barely produces any on its own anymore. The Dr is 90% sure it's due to my use of steroids at such a young age. I only ran two cycles, 1 with cyp, and 1 with enthenate so it can happen even with limited use at a young age. Dylan and the others are giving up great advise to stay away at your age and I'm saying this knowing first hand the pressure you are put under by recruiters and coaches.
