GW501516 -my experience

Tastes like jet fuel with a twangy kick. Seems to kick in around the 1 hour mark for me. Only on day 3, so this may be a placebo effect, but first thing I noticed was the recovery time between lifting sets but more importantly, as least for now, the slowing of the heart during interval training. What I mean is, beginning Monday I have changed my calorie expenditure goal to around 700-750 per session, up from a 500kcal goal. I have now broken this up into mulitple exercises to accomplish this, Mondays I try and get 500 calories burned in under 30 minutes, I've fallen short everytime, but only by 60-90 seconds. I vary intensity, all out 30-60, then rest 90-120, what i have noticed is that my heart rate comes down much faster now after the high intensity interval. The actual test will come Monday, I will try again to break into the 500 calorie mark in under 30 minutes, this will be in one session and not broken up into multiple apparatuses where I add my time and calories at the end, this will be a 1 shot deal.

It sounds like you are off to a great start, but still very early. GW does work very fast, and I have no doubt that you are recovering easier between sets. The endurance increase happens pretty rapidly. Make sure to keep us updated on how your training is affected and improves over time.

these are definitely the qualities of strong gw bro... recovery time is an area it shines.. you will find that if you were resting say 120 seconds in between sets or even 90 that you will cut that in half rather quickly... your muscular endurance will drastically increase... etc... your just getting going so imagine how you feel after you really extend your vo2max to a far higher extent!

The goal was 500 in 30, previous PR was 475, thought it was lower but it wasn't. So, this is what I was able to accomplish on my 7th day of GW501516, now some of you are saying, "hmmm, not really that impressive." Fair enough, but consider this, yesterday I burned 800 calories, I never do cardio on Sunday, it is usually a rest day for me. Had my pinche nerved not given me a problem, I would have done much better than this. 2nd, I felt like I could have gone another 30 minutes at that pace. Mind you, I needed to average a calorie burn of 16.6 per minute to achieve my goal, I think I stayed well above 17, all this coming the day AFTER an 800 calorie burn is astounding to me, not to mention, I don't think I ingested 1000 calories the entire day before this. And to finish legs and burn an additional 250 on the stairclimber was proof to me that GW501516 not only aids in recuperation, but my lungs outworked my legs, that never happens to me, so I'll let you be the judge on this stuff.

Wow man, that is truly incredible! Those are big improvements when considering all the other things you mentioned that should have LESSENED your time under normal circumstances. That just goes to show the amazing power of GW, and what it can accomplish. Thanks for the great update!

actually, thats a significant improvement without all the factors you just laid out... add those to it and it makes it all that more impressive... those are big improvements, not to mention that your not winded... that's huge... that and the fact your recovery is as it is now... that's what this is all about.. this attributes allow you to do so much more and to get past any barriers you may have had in the past... this is excellent brother... extremely encouraging!
