Hey all, looking for some pointers on my first SARMS cycle. I'm 6'0, 225lbs(+/- 3), sitting around 12% BF, daily caloric intake is around 3900 (will bump to 4100) and I lift 5-6days/week. I do HIIT once or twice a week depending on how I feel & to keep that fat at bay. I eat 6x a day, 5 of those meals being perfect, and one is always a mess just to keep my sanity. I have no problem doing a full day of perfect eating, but I normally save that for my cutting. My lifts are split as such:
Monday: Shoulders (lateral,anterior), with minor chest focus
Tuesday: Legs/calves with quad focus
Wednesday: Lats/Traps/Rear Delts/Erectors
Thursday: Chest with minor shoulder focus (lateral, anterior, and some rear delt)
Friday: Bi/Tri
Saturday: Deadlifts/ Erectors/ Hamstrings

That being said, I have a permanently torn infraspinatus [rotator cuff], as well as a smashed humeral head sitting in my GHJ [shoulder joint]. These impede lots of my rear delt movements, as well as upright rows etcetc. So for this cycle I'm absolutely looking for lots of repair/ recovery and muscle mass (idgaf if it's lean or not-my cuts are extremely effective). The mock cycle I've decided on is:
LGD4033 at 10mg/day for 12 weeks
S4 at 50mg/day (split dose) for 12 weeks
DAA at 3g/day during wks 9-12 ** Or DG's supplemented fadogia
Mini PCT (gw/clom 50-25-25-25) wks 13-16
I've seen lots about MK for relentless recovery. Would love to see some additions and critiques to this cycle! Thanks all in advance. Much appreciated.
