Hey Dylan been watching your videos. I'm considering to do my first cycle of cypionate, I was thinking 200mg a week for about 8 weeks as for pct what would you recommend me to take as estrogen blockers and any steps I should know about. I'm just trying to learn as much I can before I decide to do my 1st cycle.

8 weeks on a long Ester isn't going to be enough. We need your full stats, goals, and experience before we can advise you.

Thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with...


you learn by doing a ton of research first then getting very specific questions to ask which you clearly do not have... estrogen blockers ARE NOT what you want.. you want aromatase inhibitors, there is a large difference... also, you NEVER run long esters for only 8 weeks... that literally makes no sense... please answer the questions that i asked...
