So here's the deal. I'm on day 8 of PE lgd,s4 gw.

Im 38 young 5'9" ish 167 with a little belly fat. I'll try and get % today. But I generally am skinny with belly fat. Did gym off & on but since June been dedicated and paying attention to my eating. I put on 20lbs in past 6&1/2 months hitting gym hard.

My diet is
1&1/4 cup oats and protein shake upon waking.

Hour later 3 eggs.

Hour later fat free Greek yogurt.

Lunch can of solid albacore over romaine with table spoon mayo
Couple table spoons natural PB

Dinner is usually chicken breast ,lean turkey or fish with spinach or broccoli.

Protein shake before bed.

Fitness app on my phone says 2600 cal for me to gain lb a week.

Also I do full body workout 4 days a week. I recently started doing abs and 20 min cardio to end workout.

I'm hoping to put on more lbm and shed a Lil belly fat on this cycle.

Please give me advice on diet and work out or anything in general so I can both learn and maximize my 1 cycle.

I hope to do a 2nd sarms cycle in spring and I'll go from there.

Also my goal is just to get rid of belly, 6 pack not necessary and want a nice athletic build not trying to be Arnold. My genetics won't allow it. I've always been skinny as was my father. Most importantly I'm here to learn

first thing i see is you probably wasting the gw for its needed use fat burn and cardio get on the cardio 3-4 times a week 30-60 minutes you need to isolate 1 to 2 body parts a day, 1. it will shock your body for now, i think your body is trying to keep up with recovery on a full body workout, i mean unless thats what you want to do, that is up to you i do a split or 1 body part a day and go 6 days a week. 2. you need to focus on quality not quantity. good hard focused (forced) reps if you have a good gym partner, 3. you need to be eating something in between lunch and dinner almonds, fruit, bananas, etc. i am sure others will chime in but that's what we are all here for.
