hello I have been trying to gain mass naturally but it's been impossible, every time I finish a set of lifting I get really exhausted, some times I get that feeling of passing out, the worst of all is that after 3 months of workout I'm not able to lift more than I did the first week of gym...I believe my diet high enough in protein and I have no bad habits, no smoking, no drinking etc... please tell me what product i can take to reach my goal, it can be a steroid or something over the counter, thanks.
 
Bro it just takes time and dedication you have to stay in the gym and consistent for many months before truly seeing improvement. Once you have been training for 3 years at least then you can think about steroids but not before then, it would be a big waste of time.
 
It really depends on many, many factors. Possibly, you are eating too little, or the wrong food during the day and especially before working out, so you might not just have the energy. It could be that you don't have enough gym experience quite yet. Then again, your test levels could be naturally low, which would qualify you for TRT. All in all, you need to give more details about your situation for us to reduce the list of possible reasons to deal with.
