My cardio game is tight.. Very diligent... But I gave myself a pretty Awful hamstring/lower glute muscle sprain. Feels like a 2-5 week recovery. With summer on the horizon, my fat-loss game just took a hit..... Tightening the diet even more...going high rep....check.. Aside from clen, which I don't like, is there something I can take to help whilst in recovery? I hate the way clen makes me feel so thats a no go.
