Hey guys.. here in a few weeks in going to run a LGD 4033 cycle, i'm running it to bulk..
Now heres where things get shity for me..
Being at home and eating all the calories i need is no big deal but when my job comes around is where it goes to shit, I'm a cable guy.. so i go up and down ladders, up in attacks, crawl spaces.. sweat a lot now that its approaching summer..
Posting this to see what I could eat/snack on throughout the day to still get the crucial calories i need to bulk up a little..
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.
