Hey guys.. here in a few weeks in going to run a LGD 4033 cycle, i'm running it to bulk..

Now heres where things get shity for me..
Being at home and eating all the calories i need is no big deal but when my job comes around is where it goes to shit, I'm a cable guy.. so i go up and down ladders, up in attacks, crawl spaces.. sweat a lot now that its approaching summer..

Posting this to see what I could eat/snack on throughout the day to still get the crucial calories i need to bulk up a little..

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

what does your typical diet look like each day? how many hours are you away? there's plenty of things you can pre cook etc... as well... "snacks" are going to be very limited because most snacks are not ideal to eat.... however you can pre cook so many things, carry a cooler with you etc... there's plenty of ways to go about this but give a normal breakdown of what you eat now when your working and the rest of your day as well

Heres the thing my diet isnt the greatest righy now..

Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 advcodo, weight gainer (1200 calories, i split it up, one in morning the other before bed)

Lunch: chicken breast, broccoli, pastas

"Snack": nuts and oats, yogurt, fruit

And then dinner chicken, burger, steak really whatevrr is cooked.. along with veggies and pasta

Then weight gainer before bed..

Please help a brotha out lol, thank you.

I don't have a problem with using whey shakes as needed in between meals, but stay away from weight gainers. There's nothing good about those bro. They are filled with crap and the worst time to take them is before bed.

Using fruit and Greek yogurt in between meals is fine in moderation. You are just going to make sure you do the best you can on the meals you can sit down and eat, good lean proteins, complex carbs (try to avoid the pasta) and green veggies.

20 ounces of skim/whole/almond milk...whatever you like
4 ounces of egg whites
60 grams of ground oats
1/2 cup peanut butter or PB2
2 scoops of Dymatize ISO 100 whey
