So I did 13 weeks of lgd I start pct tomorrow (waiting on gw to get here ordered a bit late) so I will be taking my first ever dose of clomid tomorrow without gw I'd imagine for the first week.

6'5
Started 220lb now 230lb
Bf% stayed around 10 give or take a little

While on cycle I aimed for
4050 calories
203 protein
506 carbs
<135 fat

I want to no what you guys think I should adjust in those macros as I will probably continue it for awhile ,also do I want to do something different with diet for pct?
 
how can anyone answer that when you dont say what your goals are???? come on bro, you ask an impossible question... what if someone tells you to drop calories but your want to still gain or hold size?? what if someone tells you to keep them the same but you want to cut?? come on man
 
I'm assuming you would want to stay around the same weight? Well since you ran a sarm you won't be shut down as hard like with steroids so your cortisol won't be all wacky and your testosterone will still be there and will climb back easily. I've always been told to stay in a surplus (or maintenance) and don't eat any junk, watch your carbs and fats make sure you're eating clean, then just check the mirror, if you're getting flabby just up your cardio and check your diet. But as Dylan said im not sure exactly what you're wanting to achieve

One thing I will say is protein is low. You should always aim for at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and 1.5g per pound is more ideal. About 300g per day is where I think you should be

Well since the layout here would be to gain , and i said I will probably stay with it for awhile , I'm still going to be "gaining" but more then likely will be more of a maintain. But more curios if it should have lower fat or more carbs/ protein or even calories to maintain/ gain. Or if there is something I should do during pct to help keep gains and bf the same . But I think what il do is aim more around 90-100 fat area and take Rick's advice on the protein . Leave the rest the same .

i would be 50% protein, 35% carbs and 15% fats... it just depends on what your maintenance is and if your wanting to clean things up etc... its just still too vague man... when you say "gaining" what exactly do you mean????? gaining tells me nothing... what if you want 5 lbs. what if you want 10, what if you just want to maintain but gain muscle??? its too vague man so you cant expect any sort of educated and reliable answer when you give such vague needs.. i ve tried several times now bro... i dont know what else to do from here with it... i hope it works out for you
 
If I want 5 or 10 isn't going to change anything but time , and I want to maintain but I was worried how pct is going to effect everything and if I should make changes , but like I said forget,i got it. Just like opinions

Do you know your maintenance calories? It sounds like that's where you need to be, and to split your macros properly for that. Which in your case you need more protein, moderate carbs, and lower fat. I'd personally stick to 40-50% protein, 30-40% carbs, and around 15% fats

That's just how Dylan talks, he's a little feisty at times but he's straight up and tells you how it is. He has good intentions and only wants the best for people though.

yes, im not here to hold hands... of course im respectful but im also not going to treat people like i do my nieces or step daughter or wife and mom... we are fucking men here not little girls so feelings need to be left at the door unless its just something really bad, then i get it but for fucks sake, seriously, if anyone needs treated like that then im sure there's sewing forums or home economics etc... then you can get your hand held, i dont do that... like i said, we are men... i can take constructive criticism all day, ive done it my whole life but i know that when someone does that, they actually care and see potential...
