Hey Dylan, I dont have anyone else to talk to about the gym. Eight months ago i started lifting and eating right, i was about 88kg but for me that was so fat i was forced to go on mediation for over a year and gained 15 kg im about 5 foot 9 inch. Im 25 years old. Mate i go to the gym 6 days a week and never cheat meal. I went strait to a 2000 calorie meal plan. Anyway i have made great gains but the problem is i still have a layer of fat on me, lower chest and lower abs but my shoulder are lean. I cut my calories even more but my fat stayed with me even tho im lifting 6 days a week and my muscles starting getting smaller. I put my calories back to 2000 and got my muscle back but this fat wont budge! I want to bulk but i want to get lean all over first. I can see my upper abs but yeah. I cut a lot of my carbs in my meal pla and replaced with healthy fats and more protein but it didnt help. This fat is invincible and i have platoad my gains dont know what to do. Any advice from you personally would just be great. Thanks mate
