Looking for honest opinions Body fat %

Hello everyone! I’m trying to get a better idea of what my current body fat % is. I know everyone is higher than they think, and im here for the brutal honest truth. I honestly expected for my abs to be popping out more than they are, based on the fact that they looked the same when I was 155lbs. I have maintained strength in all my lifts over a 12 week cut, where I dropped from 163 - 145 (1.5lbs per week).

these photos were taken on my rest day, I’m not pumped at all. In the first photo, I’m completely rested, in the second photo I am flexing abs, and than flexing abs/quads in 3rd pic. looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Stats:
5’8 , 145lbs , 22 years old

Also wanted to mention that I’m at a cross road right now. I would like to look leaner, as long as it doesn’t take a toll on my hormones. I was 200lbs 2 years ago so people I know think I’m starting to look a little skinny, but I don’t believe I look skinny fat at all. Maybe I’m wrong,

I agree with Stevesmi. But the whole 'how I look' thing sounds like it might be an issue.
Sorry, may have communicated my prior message poorly. I’m not concerned about how I look from an aesthetic perspective, and I have a good relationship with food. It’s more so the fact that since I am in fact relatively lean for a natural with a naturally mesmorphic/endomorphic frame, I do question rather I’m leaving gains on the table if for example I was to be closer to the 12-13% BF range. To my understanding, it’s best to stay between 10-15% to optimize hormones , and since most people are saying I’m 8-9, I’m wondering what’s ideal

make sure you stick around and fill us in on your diet and training
I train the same way I do in maintenance as I do when I cut. Decreased the volume very slightllyyy towards the end when recovery was taking longer. Macros I held throughout the cut, 180g protein , 60g fat. I find carbs harder to count and usually go based off of how I feel. Maybe 150g a day on average, but definitely wasn’t as consistent day to day as protein/fats
