Sorry Buen, I sent you two pictures that are absolutely me and are 6 months old (July 2017) and apparently that's not good enough, I guess I could send you pics with the wife and grand kids but then your forum would accuse me of photo shopping fake grand kids., or maybe a picture of me in my fire department uniform, then I would be questioned as to how someone my age is a current firefighter. (I was the oldest person hired by Phoenix Fire at 45 years old) probably because of my maturity and fitness level. Trust me when I say, I get stopped all the time and asked the basic questions, "wow how can someone get into that kind of shape" "how old are you" and many other questions, not to mention how many people in the gym including young guys always asking me to give them advise on eating training and obviously other program related issues. I NEVER ridicule them or accuse them of trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I am very disappointed in the responses from this forum, it must be so unbelievable that someone my age can get into this kind of shape without using grams of steroids. I will continue to seek out information to keep learning from others. What's funny is I have been able to accomplish what I have done so far at this age by simply listening, reading and asking good questions and applying absolute dedication to the program. I never waste anyone's time and I follow to the letter the advise I get as long as I do my research and make sure its safe. I have traveled to many cities to workout with people who have the same interests and more experience than me and to get inside knowledge which by the way I offered to visit any of you so you could see that I am the real deal and NOT A FAKE (that's what I liked about Dylan's approach--practice safe programs and protection protection protection). I never got that when I asked questions from IFBB Pro Dennis James or Troy Alve's, they simply said eat this or use this compound or that and never mentioned things like Dostinex or other protections other than AI's and as we get older I think its very important to cover all bases. Apparently its too difficult for you guys to trust in someone (not sure why unless you have had others do the fake picture thing) and actually is very disappointing because people like myself always try and stay safe and when I listened to Dylan's videos, I did some research and liked what he had to say. Take care and sorry you couldn't help me with a simple question about Test/Deca/EQ cycle protection

Tom

Tom, there is an old saying "trust, but verify". I think Buen had a good idea. Simply take a pic of yourself right now and post it. Buen said he would eat crow and apologize. You certainly have a high level physique, if that's really you. Just post a pic of you in the house or yard, right now.

If what you say is true then you are to be commended. Still a firefighter at 59 yrs? Great stuff. Post a pic.

I don't see any reason not to believe you personally bud. I've read through all of the posts, and I see nothing indicating anyone is trolling or lying. I have competed, and there were a lot of guys on stage that didn't know much what they were doing. Just following whatever their coaches told them....which a lot of times was a trainwreck.

What exactly is your specific question? I saw your goals, and what you have ran in the past. It doesn't sound like you've never ran test, Deca, and EQ together but you have separately. That would be my recommendation. That's about as good as it gets for bulking.

235-6'-10% BF...would love to see a photo

Sorry..but the photo you posted (a professional photograph of a competition BB at ..what 4% BF ) in no way resembles your stated stats...forgive me for being incredulous

you know..cuz everybody on the internet is SO honest

With the clues you provided, took me all of five minutes worth of searching to find your stage pics on the NPC website, along with other personal info. The skepticism here is understandable as the “noobish” type question didn’t jibe with your stats or the pics you posted. FWIW, you have a very impressive physique for having been in the business for only 9 years...well done brother!

Dylan, I am not sure your addressing me, but what bullshit have I posted. I sent you the detail you wanted on height weight cycle history, goals etc. I recently watched your video on Test/Deca/EQ and liked your philosophy. I have run Test/Deca programs but ran more Test than Deca but your video said to run it 50/50 I also ran Test/EQ but again not as much Eq. So I can never stop learning especially when you mentioned prolactin control which I was not familiar with. I have also used Tren, Mast and anavar in cutting cycles but only for 8 weeks leading up to the shows As far as BS, someone name buen started a post saying I photo shopped a picture for him, which is absolutely NOT true, that is me this past July. I am going on 59 years old and don't play game. As far as my dedication goes to this sport, when I started training at 50 years old (8 years to get where I am at) (as I stated I was a pro soccer player years ago and am very athletic) so yes I got started late in life, but my work ethic in the gym did impress a Pro Bodybuilder that trained there named Dennis James and he invited me to train with him so I got a lot of experience on the training side. He did help me with some programs but not to the extent that I have listened to some of the details you bring up. That is why I reached out to you. My goal this year is to take the season off and be ready in July or August of 2019 to go back to either the USA's or Nationals an try to win. I would like your help in designing some off season programs to try and put on another 10-15 pounds of quality muscle. No BS No tricks, just help. Not sure where you are located but in the future I can visit and train with you for a week

Thx
Tom
okay so for 10-15 lbs. you dont really need to run test, deca and eq altogether... what i would go with would be test, PRIMO and deca... just a perfect stack in my view... i can give you a full layout if you would like... i assume you are running pct and not on trt as well?

ummm...hard ass sceptic that I am

it's easy to assume the identity of a real person...hence the request for an "everyday" photo (with the date or isams to verify its for us)..not an unreasonable request under the circumstances
IF the op really is who he says he is....he would be a VALUABLE resource here.....diet training commitment dedication sacrifice are beyond impressive

Thank You, I would like that. I have never used Primo (don't currently have any) that's why I was thinking your program of Test-400 Deca-400 and EQ 800mg as your video discussed I just got dosinex as you suggested and I have all the AI's including Aromasin. I would like to run for the 16 weeks then do a PCT (Yes I am on a TRT now at 200MG week) so would PCT be necessary if I could simply go back on TRT once program is done. In the past I would do a PCT because I thought it was the right thing to do (only mistake was I did do 500IU HCG a day for the first 3 weeks then finished up with AI's) My Main goal over the next 18 months is to be ready for Masters Nationals again and see if I can improve on my 4th place finish. Also here is a normal picture of me in my fire shirt, (I hope it went thru, plz let me know if it didn't and will try again) maybe you can share with the others and say apology accepted--I never hold a grudge Thanks again for all the service you help with
Tom

no picture came through.. so do you want to go with test , deca and eq or primo? you never need a pct when on trt

Hi Dylan Yes I want to go forward with the Test/Deca and EQ 16 week program along with Caber and Aromasin I will order some Primo for next program Sorry about the pics, I am trying to upload a Jpeg and it won't let me. I will keep trying

Thank You If you have an email I can try and send pics there also
Tom

absolutely understood. My wife said she has a hard time believing me lol So no hard feelings just friendships Trying to post another couple pics but it won't let me download them alongside the competition pics I sent but I will keep trying
Thx

Sorry guys, apparently my computer expert (daughter) says my pics are too big to download here, 9.? MB my show pics were 34 KB So if you have a personal email I can try and send to that
She said I may have to send one at a time but might work better
Thx
Tom

Hey Tom welcome to the isarms family bro!! I think you look phenomenal. Your a great addition to this great forum! I would love to read about your workout program and nutrition plan!! As far as your picture I have no reason not to believe that is you. I have competed naturally for a few years and seen plenty of natural guys with phenomenal physiques and don't have clue about AAS. Congrats on all your success and can't wait to read about how your workouts and diet!

Thank You what a nice compliment. I am not good at keeping things short because I have a hard time explaining in type but here goes. By the look of your pic you know what your doing also. As far as me, I didn't even start training regularly until I was challenged at 50yo to try a show. I was a Pro soccer player years ago and as you can imagine being more of a runner I had no legs and weighted 180. So I decided to get some advise from a guy who ran the NPC here in Arizona who said he competed and would help me with diet etc. Well his version was take 30G of Protein for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and 30G Carbs same meals. I have learned so much more over the past 8 years and that is what helped me get better results without taking a load of supps. I follow this meal plan basically every day to help me either maintain some gains or grow a bit. Its not really rocket science--you may have to adjust a bit depending if you see a bit of body fat take over. I take in 1 Gram of protein per pound of body (chicken, fish, eggs, lean sirloin, and some powder so I weight 240lbs = 240G Protein I then take in 2Gram of carbs per pound of body weight 240lbs= 480G then I add a bit of fat, maybe 1/2 an avocado with my breakfast and some cashew nuts in the afternoon. Here is where I try and get a bit more technical. I try to take in 50% of my carbs before I train and immediately right after training and I simply space my protein out over 5-6 meals in the day. So I usually train at apx 10:30Am so I have my 60G of carbs (fast carbs--bagels are my favorite) for breakfast at 5:30-6am then I have another 60G (usually white rice with fish) apx 9-9:30am I go to the gym at 10:30 till apx-11:30 to 12noon Immediately right after training I take in 40-50G of simple Waxye Mayze Carb powder with Isolate Protein along with bcaa's and glutamine, then I space the balance of carbs out the next 2-3 meals I generally try NOT to take in carbs before bed due to insulin spikes and it interfears with natural Growth Hormones and IGF1 from what I've read. The afternoon carbs are more complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potato, oats etc. As far as training goes I like the 2 on 1 off because I am a firefighter I work every third day 24 hours straight so I use that as my rest day (I still eat my normal meal plan) even on rest days. I never eat what the other fire guys are cooking because I can't control the amount of Macros I get. I know, my wife says it also "How Boring" So I train 2 straight days and take the third off for work. I do very simple training movements both offseason and contest prep I may get a bit bored than change a couple movements but I stay Heavy as I can handle for anywhere between 6-12 reps and I try to make sure I go to failure each set so I may start pyramiding with 12 reps on bench press to failure then add weight so even if I only get 8-10 the second set I still go to failure. Hope that helps a bit, I am eager to see how Dylan approaches a plan for me because even at my age I know I can grow
Talk to you soon
Tom

Looks like a solid plan!! You have a good understanding of nutrition and training. I like you attention to nutrient timing which isn't seen much! Thank you for sharing!
