Creatine

It has obviously long been debated whether or not creatine should be cycled. Personally I can notice a considerable difference when im not taking it and have admittedly been taking it every day for around 7-8 months now. Just wondered what your take was on it? Do you cycle, run it year round, or think its not worth taking at all?

I run it year round, you should take time off because your creatine levels can get too high and some reports state it can be unhealthy on the liver and/or other organs. It helps saturate muscles and pulls water into them giving a fuller look, that is why I stay on.

i would definitely cycle it bro, its produced naturally in your body but so are many things... i personally would not stay on it year round, i would cycle it...

You can cycle it if you want to. It's a debatable thing, but honestly Creatine is found in your protein sources of food so it's like saying you need to cycle chicken breasts or whey. I don't see it as necessary myself since it's a naturally occurring compound in food.

It won't hurt to cycle it just to give your body a break, even though you never build a tolerance to Creatine just like you don't build a tolerance to protein
