For the last several months I have been using protein for better growth, and really like it - gives me energy and I can see the muscles grow. Want to make a step forward, and add something else like creatine. Is it ok to use protein and creatine together? What would be a good dosage? I see some people recommending me to frontload - is it a good idea?
 
You will not get any problems if you mix protein with creatine, so you can take them together and fear nothing. A good dosage of creatine is like 5-10 grams per day, and it is pointless to frontload it, as the excess creatine will get flushed out, and only the recommeded dosage will actually get abosorbed. Therefore, just stick to the recommended dosage right from the beginning.

there is no need whatsoever to front load creatine... it is perfectly fine and actually quite good to run protein and creatine together... 5 mg per day is the general dose but you could do 5 mg pre workout and 5 mg post as well.. that just depends on what your trying to get from it... im a fan of creatine nitrate because it does have the bloat that comes with monohydrate nor the water retention and it honestly gives better pumps and more energy... it may not get you as much size but its far cleaner and to me, a far better product... its definitely more pricey but you get what you pay for
 
dafuture and Dylan are right - 5-10 grams of creatine will be plenty for most users, and there is no need to use any more than that. Frontloading does not work with creatine, so save yourself some creatine, and use the right dosage all along.
