Hello i'm considering buying mk677 and i'm okay with some of the few side effects w/c can be managed but i really dont know how to counter the water retention that comes with mk677. On one of the videos of dyllan in youtube he said that all you need to do is balance your potassium and sodium but he didn't go into details. So my question is how to balance your pottasium and sodium to counter the water retention of mk677? Or can i just take arimidex?

arimidex? bro thats for estrogen and has NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING to do with this and that wil be counterproductive as it could crush your estrogen and hurt you worse.... you need to take in 4700 mg PER DAY of potassium and keep your sodium under control... NO MORE than 2400 mg per day... period and you should keep it a bit under that... thats the high end.. drink plenty of water and keep your diet and point..

I get water retention from HGH when I try to get greedy with the dosage. It puts me in check really fast. Follow the advice Dylan gave about potassium and sodium and that will definitely help.
