Today is my day off from work and also my mega carb cheat day. Keeping it real Italian up in here. Gnocchi in white wine and olive oil with a salad and garlic bread.

Dude....i love Gnocchi....I grew up in an all Italian household. ..I miss my grandma's cooking every day! Looks amazing...enjoy
 
Looks delicious, but far from MEGA carbs, my friend ;). I hope you're getting more throughout the day. I would guess that's about 80 grams max, right?

Oh yeah brother, I've been carbing it up all day. I just never eat pasta like this. I'd say it's about 70-80 just for the Gnocchi. Plus 3 bags of brown rice, 2 sweet potatoes, garlic bread, pita with hummus and wheat pasta. Friday I always go carb heavy since I teach and participate in a 2+ hour fight conditioning class tomorrow.
 
I've been good on my diet all week, but tonight was my planned epic cheat meal. I ate entire large meat pizza myself, and a dozen wings. Tasted great!

Back to business tomorrow!

Damn, that is MAJOR... at least 4000 calories??!!

man you guys can straight put it down.. i swear i cant put down more than 500 or 600 calories per sitting unless its extremely strategic...

I had to go hard with it and planned it out all day lol. Italian food forever.

Im hitting the buffet for my cheat/carb up meal. Lemme just say i wont have to worry bout getting cals today b coz i eat everything
