I was reading that to combat the cardiovascular side effects of aromasin you should:

Diet should be rich in omega fatty acids,
Daily fish oil supplementation,
Strictly limit saturated fats,
Strictly limit simple sugars,
Daily cardiovascular activity,
Avoid excess alcohol consumption,
Avoid smoking,
Supplement with a cholesterol antioxidant supplement

I'm curious as to what cardiovascular side effect from aromasin you are talking about

Like as in heart problems. High blood pressure. If you already have high blood pressure then you take aromasin, heart rhythm affected, etc.

Like said you should be doing this already and more... personally I never had a problem with Aromasin and im consistent with checkups.. But anyone should check bloods/checkup before any type of cycle to determine if bp is high or whatever the case may be..

My issue with that is, if you have high blood pressure you shouldn't be cycling.

Aromasin is the only AI that is lipid friendly unlike arimadex

This was probably more focused on women with breast cancer as opposed to guys who are running aromasin for 14-20 weeks for cycling and pct. When women go on aromasin for breast cancer sometimes they can be on doses such as 25mg a day for 2-5 years continuously. That is much different than your average bodybuilder. Unless you are on TRT but still most guys can get away with at low as 25mg a week or less.

This is a topic I think needs more and more review as their are just so many parts that estrogen plays and AI's also come with a spectrum of their own side effects. I have read studies that say AI's inhibit igf-1 production, promote bone weakening and yes even lower good cholesterol in turn effecting the cardiovascular system.

Now, let's remind ourselves that when a person is cycling or in blast and running doses high at some point an AI is going to be needed to offset the high estrogen that can occur. I myself am not gyno prone but do take little AI as needed mainly.

I think the topic of AI's and more aptly the reasoning about running them safely is a very good topic to explore and reason and talk about more. When a person is blasting it would be foolish to not use one. but let's say you blast and cruise and we are looking at the long term game then. The over use of AI's need to come into question and perhaps even alternatives like provarion (which is not an AI and shouldn't be relied on as one) may need a closer look as it's functions when on a cruise. Anyway just putting my thoughts out there. If we have some more scientific data to look at I would love to hear more.
