Lol Literally, B12 smells gross. Just did 1.5cc glute to help metabolism and see if I can notice a change. I'll do 1.5cc Mon and thur for a few weeks, then start my cycle and do .5cc with every injection. I wonder if this shit comes out of your pores? Lol

What's the dosage? Probqbly don't need that much but yeah it does smell. However I like it. Oddly satisfying and tells me it's absorbing well. 1cc a week should be more than enough.

I had my son pin 5cc prior to us heading up there and another 4cc night prior to reporting in. Lots of B12, but college ball is rigorous. That should last him quite awhile as far as feeling good and energy-wise.
 
you should see a strong amount of energy right away with b12 injections... they really work well.. theres no argument on that and its something that should be done often especially for the ones exerting high amounts of workload each day... i feel its a very very smart decision to add these into your regiment and the benefits tell all..

That is a full B complex injection. B12 I think you can pee out excess but the other B's might build to overdose conditions. (so I've heard) You might want to pay attention to how you feel after a while.
 
B12 is not very biolavalable depending on wether you absorb it well and how much you get in you diet . it very neccesary for energy and metabolism if you get alot and absorb it well you wont see much benifit . but if your low or deficient in b12 it will feel like a mirical supplament . we really need a certain amount but over that is waisted . so it varys from person too person. But most are low or deficient
