I am a 62 years old British boy, 6' 2" and, currently, 14 stones or 240 pounds fairly lean but with a little bit of annual "winter waist". Historically, due to my genetics, I've always had difficulty adding weight in any form, muscle or fat, but kept fit through my love of bicycles, long-distance walking, canoeing, rowing and using my home multi-gym. Recently I joined a bodybuilding gym and am being put thru my paces four times weekly by a personal trainer. We are concentrating on the five basic strength and bulking exercises.
He has suggested that a course of 'juice' would be of great benefit in my aim to add a little more muscle to my lean frame so I would be much obliged if any members experienced in this area could advise me as to what to take and when. I have easy access to top quality injectable Sustanon 250, Nandrolone (Deca Durobolin) and Trenbolone.
If you read this and want to respond, can you kindly not use abbreviations as, apart from understanding "pct", I'm a total newbie! Lol. :-D
