Hey Dylan great videos very informative. Question for you I'm going to be starting s4 this week , the tablets I m getting are 30tb @ 50mg each. What's the best way to dose this as I'm under the impression it should be taken 2 times daily, do I cut the tablet in half and take half Am and half PM for best results. I Do Not want to take more then 50g daily. Thanks for hearing me out .
