Height: 174cm (5ft 8,5inch)
My bodyfat is around 12-14%
My goal is to shred down for my vacation this summer.
In doing so I was wondering what would be best for me to run.
The tripple stack for 8 weeks (S-4, GW-501516 and MK-2866) or a full 12 week of just S-4 and GW-501516.
The reasoning for these choises are price, since a full 12 week cycle of the tripple stack can get expensive.
Also feel free to come with other sugestions.
