Acne sucks!

Could be that. I cant use any detergent on my clothes. You've been hitting the mat quite frequently lately, no? I remember the horrible acne I got, starting back up after some time off. All that time on your back, sweating like a beast, don't help that bacne!

Mat time is another factor. I use the shower there immediately after I roll but it isn't helping.

The couple months I rolled created havoc on my skin. Even showering right after. Just all that funk from everyone else I guess. Such a nasty thing. Lol

If I roll in a rash guard then wear it even after a few washes just to lift I will smell the entire place up. Lol.
