I'm going on my 9 the week on this stack. I have to say scale going up lifting going up and leaning out. These are legit. I am adding SR as soon as it arrives for 12 weeks to get even leaner. I use to do 45 min stair master now 1 hr like it nothing with gw pre cardio.
