Hey guys I found a 6 pack abs meal plan on this website:

should a female stick to the same foods that are planned in the example for a male client described in the article?
As long as I am eating 65-75% protein, 15-20%carbs and 5-10% fat, will that still be the correct ratios for bringing those abs to the 4 pack, 6 pack or whatever I can get? I weigh 126 lbs and am about 11% body fat but I still don’t have the abs coming through. What should I focus on?
