hi Dylan I'm going to whip myself back into shape I will be 41 this month. i'm probably 15, pounds overweight i've been an athlete my whole life I'm about 5'6 180 pounds. I played football through high school college and semi pro and fought MMA professionally and small local shows and the northeast New England area so when I get to it I know what I'm doing with diet etc. I just want to lean out and get strong and stay competitive in my training with the younger guys I was thinking of when I am ready and fit again to do a test only cycle I was wondering if it was worth it. where would I even see any results with 250 MG a week. I ran a cycle a few years back but probably didn't do it right. I got some results though.

I am definitely no expert in this area. However I have been here for a little. Most of the guys here are going to tell you to get your training and diet good before you run any gear. Also to lose the excess body fat due to estrogen conversion.

My recommendations:
1. get to 12-14% bf
2. Look for achievements thru diet and training PRIOR to AAS use
3. Being an athlete your whole life sums up everyone here and most people who somehow manage to count playing high school football at the JV levels lol. 15 pounds overweight is no laughing matter, but easy enough to lose with a caloric deficit and proper training.
4. AAS is not your magic pill, or pin. Hard work must be essential in all aspects of training, rest, recovery and nutrition. You don't have to be shredded, but by no means be a fat ass.
5. What are you planning as far as on cycle support and PCT?
6. 250mg of test can give results, but why 250 versus an even 300mg? Of course it is worth it if that's what you want to do.

okay bro... test is not going to whip you into shape nor are steroids going to help you when you are overweight... thats NOT what they are used nor intended for.... what are your current stats? age/height/weight/body fat? do you have any cycle experience? what did you run?? at this point, sarms are far and away the best option for you... not only to help get you into the proper condition but to preserve and add lean muscle in the process... if you are not familiar with sarms, start with my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

let me know the answers to my questions so i can get you moving in the right direction!
