Recomp Stack Questions

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on a good recomp stack. I know a lot of popular recomp stacks involve S4, but last time I ran S4 I had some pretty severe vision side effects at 50mg/day.

I wanted to get everyone’s opinion on whether I should just run S4 at a lower dose or skip S4 all together and run a recomp stack sans S4.

thats up to you... i love s4 but you could go with rad140 instead and try that to see if you do better with that... rad and mk2866 would be a great stack for your goals

Great, thanks! If I did run S4, what stack would you recommend? Do you think it would still be effective at a slightly lower dose? Appreciate the help!

i wouldnt run it less than 50... my favorites are gw, mk and s4 or s4 and lgd...
