My question is how do I achieve 600 mg
Do I need to take 3 mL every 3 to 4 days?

no, you take 3 ml and 3 ml... its a long ester... you dont pin it very other day...

Pretty simple math bro. If it's 100mg per would need 6ml per week, so you would take half that (3ml) and pin it twice per week
