    Cutting Stack - calories/cardio

    Next cycle id like to try a fat burning cycle of Cardarine(GW), SR9009 and Osta

    Plan being to keep muscle but lose fat

    In terms of approach what have people had success with in terms of calorie defecits, increased cardio etc?

    start at 250 below and assess form there... i would do cardio 5 days a week for fat loss... 30-45 minutes per day

    heres the layout

    you can get everything you need at

    1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
    1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

    Great tks ... assume you would still lift as well to preserve muscle - so say 30 mins cardio 5 days a week , 45 -60 mins lifting 3 days a week. ?
