Did I get legit tb500?

Hey guys got some tb500 through a vendor on another board and I haven't had a reaction to tb500 before but at 2.5mg I get hungry like instantly, numb hands, lethargic and like a feeling of being hot. The vendor insist that's it is tb500 and I'm just not sure cuz the reaction I'm having and I haven't had it with my last source of tb500
