Yep you gotta be careful what you read online. I've seen some dumbass posts on some forums. Whenever you run an oral, always run something for support the entire time (during and after). Almost everything is cheap too and can be found easily like tudca, nac, milk thistle, etc. Gotta protect that liver when you're running methylated orals bud.

Guys need to settle down about the Alt numbers and all that good stuff. Those numbers are above average but are not anything to be really concerned about. Alt numbers hovering in the 100 to 200 range for over 6 months suggest fatty liver and cirocis. When you get close to 600 to 1000 over a couple of weeks without dropping you have a concern.
Now go out for a night of drinking lets say 4 beers and a couple shots of whiskey take your bloods 48 hrs latter your alt values will be over 500. Go do a brutal workout where you cant move the next day your alt will be above 500 for up too two weeks. Its a tool nothing more nothing less, one blood test does not prove anything. ALT fluctuating is normal and it can go well into the thousands with a night of heavy drinking. The thing is does it stay elevated or does it progressively go down over time back to normal levels. Liver failure is actually quite rare and ushally takes years to reach that status.
The most common people who have liver failure are heavy drinkers and this takes ushally over a good 10 years to reach that point. Looking at your liver values you have nothing to worry about. This is Mid Cycle bloods you have a liver stressor in Anavar in your system or had a liver stressor in your system, you would think your values would be higher in normal its logical.

Go to wallmart and find this. At least do this. It works great. 11 bucks. It beat MT's ass when MT tried to kill my liver....

Sounds good to me Tex, Ive seen so many speacialist when my alt was high, all responded nothing to worry about. When its above 1000 and you haven't been drinking we will start worrying. Come back in a month for another check up don't work out and no drinking it will be normal. Bingo came back a month later had blood drawn liver enzymes went from over 500 to low normal.
Itl get the job done. Its not tudca or anything but it beats out milk thistle and will keep your liver in check on cycle.

I think its important to put this in perspective. Your liver enyzmes will be elevated because your putting stress on the liver its normal. Those numbers while above normal are really not that high. Toxicity with Alt numbers are not linear meaning if a normal value is 50 and you register at a 100 it does not mean that you have twice the stress on your liver. Its probably a 3 to 5% increase of stress upon the liver. Most people don't understand this and freak out, real toxicity issues are above a 1000. Anything else is either a stressor and when the stressor is removed it will go back to normal.
Well that's good then because I've always had the feeling that my liver would be stressed even before taking the orals. At one point in time I did a lot of dumb harmful shit to my body in my younger years never thinking twice about it. I'll be getting bloods post cycle as well anyways so I can re evaluate then and see how everything looks.

Agree with Tex once again while stress is normal, if you can eliminate that stress at 11 dollars a bottle why not. How many a day you take Tex. I might just buy 10 bottles and run it on the reg, doesn't hurt.
