I am 61 year backwards and I’m into endurance running. I run 4:25 in the mile and low 15s in the 5k, for you non runners out there that is pretty decent especially at my age . But in life you can always be better and to achieve that I want to hop on Cardarine . I already know dosage wise how much to take and the side effects and risks , but what I ask is do I only take it on hard workout days or easy runs too? And what happens if i cant take it for a short period of time because im going on a flight like 3 days , because im scared of getting caught. Do the benefits still stay? And last question is two years from now when I stop cardarine almost completely , will I still see the benefits or will i go back to my previous self?
