Hello guys first post here ,
I am 61 year backwards and I’m into endurance running. I run 4:25 in the mile and low 15s in the 5k, for you non runners out there that is pretty decent especially at my age . But in life you can always be better and to achieve that I want to hop on Cardarine . I already know dosage wise how much to take and the side effects and risks , but what I ask is do I only take it on hard workout days or easy runs too? And what happens if i cant take it for a short period of time because im going on a flight like 3 days , because im scared of getting caught. Do the benefits still stay? And last question is two years from now when I stop cardarine almost completely , will I still see the benefits or will i go back to my previous self?

Go with 10 to 30 mg a day, with 20 mg being the most popular dosage

I think those are incredible numbers. You don't see too many people who can claim a 4-minute mile, and you are showing that it can be done. You are an absolute beast.

I would take it consistently every day. It will build up in your system and it will work better that way.
