Cycle for cardio

Hey dylan. I need your Jedi master advice again. I started fighting again, and I need a cycle to replace the gains I’ve lost over the past few months due to personal issues. Focusing on lean and cardio enhancement. I’ve done a lot of research but see a lot of conflicting stuff. It’s seems popular consensus is eq/bold but never see a mention of be proper test base. Got any input?
 
thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

How long have you been back to training consistently?

Also I'm going to give you a little advice I'll save you a lot of time and aggravation; don't ever go by "the consensus" because 99% of the time it's dead wrong
 
Also how long ago was your first cycle? What did you run for PCT? Why did you run that extensive amount of test?

I'd do a cycle like this

1-16 test C 500mg per week
1-16 EQ 600-800 per week
1-16 GW 20mg per day dosed in the am
5-16 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-16 RAD140 20mg per day dosed in the am

15-18 Post CT https://www.dganutrition.com/post-ct

aromasin 12.5 mg eod

here is what i would go with

1-16 test cyp 350 mg week
1-16 eq 600 mg week
1-18 aromasin 12.5 mg eod (assess from there)
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
