Been lurking here a while and watched several videos trying to become as educated as possible. Never used any form of hormones or SARM before.
That being said I’m 28, 5’9, 160 at 10 pct BF. Been working out for about 4 years. I ran track in college so the workouts were not tailored toward mass gain but I have the foundation laid in terms of knowledge.
Diet is sound, keeping track of my macros and feel good about that.
My goals would be to add some mass in the realm of 15 lbs. Would like as much quality gain as possible but fine with some fat gain.
Would you recommend that I give SARMS a shot? Sorry for ton of text. Just wanted to post everything you guys may need or ask for. Thanks.
